Audit Log Viewer
This tool uses Real Time Monitoring Tool to display a historical record of configurations performed by users and admins.

Local Route Group Enhancement
This simplifies the dial plan, reducing the number of Route Lists needed.

Network Based Call Recording
This allows the administrator to use either the phone or the PSTN Gateway as the source for recording calls. 

Self-Care Portal
With this end users can customize and control phone features and settings for their user accounts, and their phones.

Self-Provisioning for End User Phones
The function allows an end user or administrator to add an unprovisioned phone to a Unified Communications Manager system with minimal administrative effort.

Urgent Priority for Directory Numbers
With this feature, individual line extensions can be marked as Urgent. This eliminates the 15 second wait when using a global dialing plan.

Translation Pattern Can Now Use Originator’s Calling Search Space
With this new feature, admins can make sure that an original caller’s calling privileges are maintained after digit manipulation.
