Whit Williams is a Partner of PennantPark, an investment firm focusing on mezzanine debt investments. Prior to PennantPark, Mr. Williams was a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance group at UBS Investment Bank. In 1996, Mr. Williams joined Dillon, Read and Co. Inc., a predecessor firm to UBS, as a generalist in corporate finance. During his career, he has executed transactions ranging from leveraged finance deals to public equity offerings to M&A assignments across a spectrum of industries. Mr. Williams earned a BA with Distinction from the University of Virginia, a CEP from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (“Sciences-Po”), a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and an MBA from the Darden School. Mr. Williams is a member of the New York Bar Association.
