Alan Long is a director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and has been with the firm since 2011. Mr. Long combines his extensive real estate experience with a successful business background to assist clients with asset disposition, asset acquisition and leasing requirements. An expert in the South Florida marketplace, he has been successful at establishing relationships with key clients and businesses by leveraging his investment sales expertise. His focus includes land, industrial properties, office/medical properties and multifamily properties.
During his tenure with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and as a partner at Fischer Gaeta Corporation he has skillfully represented institutional, private investors and owners in transactions valued at more than $150 million. Mr. Long has also overseen the operations of a construction and development company which involved site selection, land acquisition and design/build projects for clients.
