This open enrollment hands-on course assists technicians and engineers fully understand the technology used by Cisco Telepresence Endpoints. Students will also gain knowledge and experience installing, configuring, operating and troubleshooting TC based Endpoints in real-world environments. Students will be given many opportunities to complete hands-on exercises to reinforce all training topics.
Tier I and Tier II Technical staff responsible for maintaining and operating the TC software based endpoints
Basic knowledge of IP, DNS, and firewalls is assumed.
- Supporting end user operations & tier I troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration tier II support and troubleshooting
- Reading and understanding logs
