Cisco Webex Connect Expert– Fast Track Exam

Price: $300.00 (The exam can be paid for using a credit card, cash, or check)
Associated Certification: Webex Connect Expert Certification

Please note, Cisco Learning Credits are not applicable for the Webex Connect Expert Exam.

  • Passing this exam grants you the Cisco Webex Connect Expert Certification which is required by Cisco for Partners who wish to implement and support Webex AI Agent services.
  • The Thursday before the practical exam date, students will be emailed a Webex bridge that can be used to remotely attend and complete the exam.
    Sunset Learning will provide exam results to you and Cisco within 7 days of exam completion. If you pass the exam, you will also receive a certificate of completion.
  • This exam is not a career certification and is not recognized outside of the Cisco Partner certification requirement. It will not be reflected on the Webex Academy site.
  • No access to any training environment is given for students to revise before the exam. Students must use their own environments before the exam day for revision.

What to Expect

 

Theoretical (approximately 1 hour).

There will be 40 questions covering the following topics:

  • Webex Connect Basics
  • Setup Webex Connect
  • Webex Connect Integration Options
  • APIs and Webhooks
  • Flow Builder
  • Proactive Journey Email and Chat Integration
  • Proactive Journey SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp Integration
  • Webhook Integration
  • Event Scheduler
  • Troubleshooting

 

The Fast Track exam option is for those who have completed the Webex Connect Expert (CWCONE) course or have equivalent knowledge and experience to that covered in the CWCONE course. Those who do not have the prerequisite knowledge should complete the CWCONE Course before taking this exam.

  • The content and labs are not available outside of the training class.
  • Please be aware that we cannot accept registrations later than 12:00 PM EST on the day prior to the exam.
