The Cisco Learning Credits Program is a way to simplify training procurement allowing customers to purchase training at the same time they purchase hardware, software, and other services for integrated network solutions. Cisco Learning Credits are an offering on the Cisco price lists in the form of prepaid learning credits. Each credit is worth $100US of training from Sunset Learning. Credits are sold in packs of 10, 100, 500 and 1500 credits.

- Identify training needs at the time of product purchase.

- Develop a tailored training program for applying Learning Credits.

- Use the Training Mapping Tool to find available training for Cisco products, technology, and solution areas, and determine how many credits to purchase.

- Streamline the administrative process by reducing expense reimbursements and by creating a single budget and purchase order.
