Survey Terms & Conditions: By submitting the SLI Infrastructure Survey, you are expressly agreeing to the terms and conditions, including permission to contact you regarding your Cisco training needs via email, phone or direct mail.

Entries for this contest are only accepted online. To enter, visit www.sunsetlearning.com , complete, and submit the online survey. Online surveys must be complete and accurate for a valid entry. For all entries: LIMIT: one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received online during the Promotion Period. All entries become the exclusive property of SLI, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by SLI. SLI is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

SLI will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries received on or about 12/15/2006. Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about 12/24/2006. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of SLI, whose decisions are final. Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible. Employees of SLI and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to SLI as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of SLI, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for SLI to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to SLI's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of SLI and will not be returned.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE
No fee to enter. You have not yet won. One or more Grand Prizes: 2 round trip airline tickets to Paradise Island and 3 nights all-inclusive accommodations on Paradise Island. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, sales taxes, gratuities, meals (excluding meals during hotel stay), ground, and all incidental expenses, are the winner's sole responsibility. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility.

SLI is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. SLI, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If SLI determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, SLI reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.

General Conditions:

SLI reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes rules, terms and conditions at any time. If fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond SLI's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined SLI in its sole discretion will cancel or modify the Sweeptstakes. In such event, SLI reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. SLI reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, SLI reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
