Training Offerings

What sets us apart from other IT training providers is the caliber of our instructor staff. SLI’s instructors hold the most respected certifications in the networking industry. Our instructor staff possesses a collective total of 60 years of data networking and voice technology experience and holds the most respected certifications in the networking industry as both instructors and practitioners. All of our instructors are Certified Cisco Systems Instructors (CCSIs) and hold CCNP Certifications with multiple Cisco Systems Specializations. Our instructors all have years of ‘real-world’ experience as consultants, network engineers and technical instructors, and they bring those experiences into the classrooms.

The SLI instructor selection process has been designed to identify and accept instructors who have the knowledge and experience in real networking environments necessary to help our students master the Cisco technology. After joining our staff, our instructors undergo a minimum additional 6-week, intensive technical training program that concludes with passing the Cisco Systems Instructor Certification Program (ICP). Our unique instructor preparation program was recognized by Cisco Systems to be of such high quality that we were asked to be the pilot to teach other training partners and proctor the Cisco ICP on their behalf.

In addition to our instructor staff, SLI has a focused and experienced teams that understand the importance of providing a world class experience to our customers. This includes a dedicated student service team to handle all customer needs prior to and post class.  We have a Sales team that works with both IT organizations, along with Channel Partner organizations. This team brings experience in supporting direct customer requirements and the intricacies of working in the Cisco Channel. Keeping with the high caliber of our instructor staff, our dedicated account managers are all Cisco Sales Experts (CSE), supporting their foundational knowledge to successfully manage your training initiatives.
