Students who have taken an SLI delivered class may retake (audit) the class to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the course description without additional cost to them. Subject to the following terms and conditions: (a) The audited class must be the same version as the original class; (b) The student must retain and bring their original course materials with them, as they will not receive a new student kit unless they opt to purchase one; (c) Audits are allowed on a space available basis.

Classroom Training Tuition & Schedule

Tuition fees cover all course materials, refreshments, and your Course Certificate of Completion. Parking expenses incurred in any SLI delivery locations are not included in tuiton fees and are the responsibility of the student.  It is important to confirm specific details regarding the class schedule, including standard classroom training start times, if not already confirmed in your pre-class correspondence. Please note that Boot Camps have extended hours.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Reschedules –
Public Classes

If a student is unable to attend a course and wishes to cancel their registration, written notice must be provided to SLI at least 15 business days prior to the class start date. For cancellations received more than 15 days prior to the class date, students may receive either a full refund or reschedule into another class date. For cancellations in writing to SLI with less than 15 business days prior to the class start date, students will receive an SLI voucher in the amount of the paid tuition to use for the same course up to 6 months. Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the class start date. SLI recommends that students reschedule their class instead of cancelling. Failure to attend without written notice to SLI prior to the class start date will be considered a no show and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

On-Site/Private Class Cancellation Policy: If an SLI Customer cancels or reschedules a course with less than fifteen (15) business days of the scheduled start date, the Customer will be charged 25% of the Base Course Fee. If cancellation or reschedule occurs within ten (10) business days of the start date, Customer will be charged 50% of the Base Course Fee. Any such fees charged will not be applied to the price of any rescheduled courses.

Payment Policy for Training

Company payment, approved company purchase order, or prepaid government training form is required prior to registration. Individuals and corporations my also pre-pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Diners Club. Prepayment is required on all courses and packages. SLI does not accept self-paying students. If a personal credit card is used as a form of payment, the student agrees that their company will reimburse them.

For non-U.S. individuals and corporations, payment at the time of registration is also required. For non-U.S. credit card users, charges will be in U.S. funds and will be converted by your credit card company. In addition to credit card payment, wire transfers from individuals and corporations are also acceptable.

Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Classroom Learning programs are available only to employer-sponsored trainees.  SLI reserves the right to refuse credit or services to anyone at its discretion. Acceptance

By accepting SLI Terms and Conditions, the individual listed (the “registrant”) certifies that he/she is authorized to obligate his/her company to pay for the student(s) registered to attend the course(s).

The registratnt fully understands the cancellation policy and agrees to the terms herein. In the event of default, the registrant’s company or individual will be responsible for reasonable costs of collections including attorney’s fees and interest.
