Course Overview
|
Recent statistics show that almost 30% of all IT projects are never completed, and an additional 51% of IT projects are challenged by time and budget over runs, and are lacking significant functionality once they are finally delivered. The technology exists to make IP Telephony projects successful. Without proper project planning and process in place, there can be a significant risk of project failure. Streamlining the processes for smooth deployments and setting the right customer expectations will maximize profitability for the integrator as well as maximize return on investment for the customer. This 3-day project planning and implementations course is designed to assist integrators and resellers in making their IP Telephony projects successful. This is a comprehensive course on generally accepted IT project management practices inclusive of our own select case studies based on actual IP Telephony deployments.
