With his expertise in planning and implementing the vision of business development and strategy, increasing organizational cash flow with non-debt approach, and developing client oriented methodologies to satisfy business objectives, Mr. Long expanded ABC Staffing’s business from $3 million to $17 million in annual revenues, created and established 14 branch offices, and establishes and implements all functions of sales and customer service programs. For StratosSystems, Mr. Long developed and employed web-based technology solutions for the firm that resulted in improving the supply and quality of candidates, he also implemented a more cost effective and efficient business model in relation to market competitors, and has continuously increased profitability and cash flow of the organization. Mr. Long holds a Bachelor's degree of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master degree in Business Administration from Averett University.
